How it works

Measure
Measurements, taking impressions, and a 3D scan are the first steps in the footwear process in order to create the last. In order to fully comprehend you and your feet, we will also complete a gait analysis and gather all the relevant data.

Mock upper fitting
You are now prepared for your first fitting for your customised last and mock shoe. Using a mould of your foot, the imitation shoe will enable me to examine its fit, support, and appearance. You get to pick the style, material, and colour of your shoes

First Fitting
The first fitting involves trying on the shoe without the soles. This makes it possible to make adjustments and ensure that the shoe fits properly before adding the sole.
We will select the sole and heel of your shoes during this session.

Final Fitting
At this appointment, the shoes will be finished, polished, and prepared for you to go home. We’ll double-check the fit and, if needed, make any minor adjustments.
When your shoes are finished and if adjustments are needed, we’ll keep working on them until you find the perfect fit.
*A second fitting session is not always necessary, but if further work is needed after the first one, we will decide that a second fit is necessary before the shoes are finished. This occurs more frequently when we’re producing your first pair*
Payment Plan
During the appointment for measurement and ordering, the initial payment is made. Once seven days have passed, there will be no refunds for this.Next, at the mock upper fitting, the second payment is made.Upon completion of the shoes and at the final fitting appointment, the third and final payment is payable.
