Fully Custom Insoles

Your feet control how you move.

If they’re unsupported, everything above them works harder.

Our insoles are 100% custom made to your foot shape, pressure profile, and movement pattern. Not modified. Not pre-moulded. Not off-the-shelf.

Why Custom Matters

No two feet are the same.

A generic insole cannot:

A fully customised insole can.

By improving foot position during walking and standing, we reduce strain on the ankles, knees, hips and lower back — improving comfort, stability and long-term mobility.

Built on Biomechanics

During walking, your body absorbs forces multiple times your body weight.

Our Custom Insole Process

1. Consultation & Biomechanical Assessment

Your journey begins with a one-to-one consultation.

We discuss your symptoms, frustrations, activity levels and goals. I assess:

This allows me to understand not just your feet — but how your whole body moves.

Your consultation fee is deducted from your order should you proceed.

2. Precision Foot Impression

Once we determine what support is required, I take a foam impression of your foot.

Your foot is held in a carefully positioned, corrected alignment while the impression is taken. This captures the exact structure and support position needed — not just the shape of your foot, but the position it should function in.

3. Cast Creation

The foam impression is filled with specialist resin to create a positive cast.

This cast becomes the foundation of your custom insole.
It is unique to you and forms the structural base on which your orthotic is built.

4. Handcrafted Manufacturing

Your insole is individually built on your cast.

Support levels, corrections and materials are selected based on your assessment findings. Every contour is shaped to control movement, redistribute pressure and improve alignment.

These are not modified blanks — they are built from the ground up.

5. Precision Shoe Fitting

Each insole is carefully machined and shaped to fit your footwear properly.

An insole should work with your shoes — not fight against them. Proper fit is essential for function and comfort.

Minor adjustments are a completely normal part of the process to ensure optimal performance.

6. Shock Absorbing Finish & Ongoing Review

The finished insole is covered with a shock-absorbing top layer for comfort and durability.

Your feet can change over time — and so can your support. We review, refine and update your insoles when needed to ensure long-term results.
